Current Rates
50 minute therapy session- $170

50 minute play therapy supervision session- $170

Rates are subject to a modest increase in January each year. Please pay for your session via Interac E-Transfer or credit card at the end of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to the full session fee.

Office hours- expanding in January 2026

Thursdays: 9-5 PM online only

Fridays: 9-2:30 PM in office

Insurance Coverage

Counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Social Workers are covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider if your benefits will cover counselling services by an RSW or RCSW. I will provide you with a receipt after each session that you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. You can also claim counselling services as a health expense with your taxes.

I am also registered as a mental health provider with the First Nations Health Authority & Crime Victims Assistance Program.
